

HERRICIA L WILLIS ATTORNEY-AT-LAW / FOUNDER
Principal Attorney and Notary Public with a demonstrated history of working in the legal industry. A strong professional initially qualifying in the UK as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX), then admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. On making the Caribbean her second home she qualified as an Attorney-at-Law and holds a Council of Legal Education Certificate from Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica. Ms Willis is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and has been called to the Bar In Jamaica, Grenada and Anguilla. She now concentrates on her practice in Grenada where she is also a Notary Public. Ms. Willis has a demonstrated history of working in the public, private and legal arena in several jurisdictions for over 30 years. She is a skilled civil and criminal litigator with consulting and investigative skills. She is also a proficient lecturer and business consultant.

KERRI HILLIARE SENIOR PARALEGAL
Ms. Hilliare joined H L Willis & Associates in 2017 and quickly became an invaluable member of our team. As our senior paralegal, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise across multiple practice areas, including conveyancing, probate, and civil litigation. An alumnus of the University of London, ms. hilliare holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) Degree, which provides her with a strong academic foundation in law and a keen understanding of legal principles. Ms. hillaire is currently pursuing further studies but continues to be an active member of the team, what sets ms. hilliare apart is her attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive approach to case management. She thrives in the fast-paced environment at H L Willis & Associates, handling a variety of cases. Dedicated to delivering high-quality service, she fosters strong, supportive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and thoroughly supported throughout the legal process.

BRITTANY ALEXANDER LEGAL ASSISTANT
After graduating from Grey’s Training and Certification Centre in 2020, Ms Alexander joined the H L Willis & Associates team, where she quickly became involved in various management and administrative roles. Since joining the firm, she has developed a strong passion for contributing to the seamless operation of the office while ensuring that both clients and staff receive the support they need. Her role allows her to combine her organizational skills and attention to detail to help drive efficiency, streamline processes, and maintain the high standards of service that H L Willis & Associates is known for. She takes great pride in her ability to assist in the day-to-day operations and support the firm’s continued success while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

ANNE MARIE THOMPSON PARALEGAL
Ms Thompson is the newest member of the team and is in her last year at the Eugene Dupuch Law School, in the Bahamas where she is currently completing her final module of the Legal Practice Certificate Programme. During ms Thompson ’s first year at law school, she was awarded a Scholarship under the Garvey-Nkrumah Fellowship Program, where she received a legal Internship in Ghana. She’s also the holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London and a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill). In addition, she is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (now Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland) Corporate Governance and a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. Ms thompson also has Extensive experience in labour relations and administration. Her career goal is to advance her Career at H L Willis & Associates to include practicing criminal law in service to Grenada and The Caribbean Diaspora.
